Dropped this mix as a DSN podcast, but I wanted to share it on here too. Big thanks to Torro Torro, Dave Nada who supported this mix as well and produced some of the tracks on here. Check it while the link lasts. A shout goes to the Generation Bass blog in the UK for posting this, as well as a nod from MTV’s IGGY site.
The MoombahtonMassive will be coming to Uhall October 27th!! make it a point to be there. Three innovators of the the emerging Moombahton genre (if you don’t know about it yet check the latest issue of Rolling Stone) will be hosting the night and blessing the turntables. Last time I had the opportunity to catch a set by Sabo it really opened my ears to a new way of djing and producing. Its really an honor to have a few of my edits appear on this mix!
This is my top ten list for the upcoming month… but really its 12 because i didn’t want to stop at ten, and not exactly a straight forward list of what’s new.. more like what i think is hitting right now. Wether its old or new or not even out yet. For me this list defines what is fresh for this moment and time.
